Girls Support Center is women-led. Our team combines lived experience with professional skills in community development, finance and advocacy.
Founder & CEO
Apio Rebecca is a passionate advocate for girls’ rights, education and community empowerment. As the Executive Director of Girls Support Center (GSC), she leads initiatives aimed at reducing teenage pregnancies, early marriages and gender-based violence in Soroti District.
With a strong commitment to advocacy, mentorship and economic empowerment, she works closely with communities, schools and policymakers to create a safer and more supportive environment for girls.
Admin and Finance Officer
Apolot A. Mariella is a dedicated professional with strong expertise in administration, finance and organizational management. As the Admin and Finance Officer at Girls Support Center (GSC), she ensures the smooth running of daily operations by managing financial systems, budgets and administrative processes.
She plays a key role in resource management, accountability and compliance, while supporting programme implementation through effective planning and coordination.
